Every order is printed and packed in India after you place it. Apparel usually leaves our facility within 2 to 4 working days; ceramics within 2 to 3. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is picked up by the courier.
Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days to metro cities and 5 to 8 working days to the rest of India. Shipping is free on prepaid orders over ₹1,999 and ₹79 flat below that. We do not ship outside India yet.
If tracking has not updated for more than 72 hours, email us with your order number and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
Returns and exchanges
7 days, one free size exchange per order
Unworn items with their tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Start by emailing your order number and what you would like to do — there is no form to fill in.
One size exchange per order is free within India; we arrange the pickup and send the replacement once the original is collected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the item reaching us.
Because each piece is printed to order, we cannot accept returns on customised artwork, and we cannot refund items that have been worn, washed or altered. Manufacturing faults and print defects are always our problem, not yours — send a photograph and we will replace the piece.
Track an order
Use the courier link in your dispatch email
When your parcel is picked up you receive an email with the courier name, the tracking number and a direct tracking link. That link is the fastest way to see where an order is.
Accounts and an order history page are being built. Until they are live, email us your order number and we will send the current status the same working day.
Size guide
Garment measurements, laid flat
The table below lists garment measurements taken flat, not body measurements. Chest is measured across the garment one inch below the armhole and doubled; length is taken from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
Oversized pieces are drafted on their own block rather than sized up from a regular fit, so they run roughly one size wider in the chest with a dropped shoulder. Order your usual size for the volume shown on the product page, or size down for a closer fit. Measurements carry a tolerance of about half an inch.

Accounts
Checkout works without one
You do not need an account to order. Checkout collects only what is needed to print, pack and deliver your parcel, and your order confirmation carries everything required to track or return it.
Saved items and the cart are stored in your own browser for now, which is why they stay on the device you added them on. Accounts with order history and saved addresses are on the roadmap.
Privacy
What we collect, and what we never sell
We collect only what an order requires: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, plus the contents of the order itself. Payment details are handled by our payment gateway and never reach our servers.
Delivery details are shared with our production and courier partners purely to fulfil the order. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Email us to request a copy of your data or to have it deleted.
Cart and saved items are kept in your browser's local storage rather than on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears them.
Terms
The short version
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. An order is a request to purchase; it is confirmed once payment is captured and we have accepted it. If we cannot fulfil an order we cancel it and refund in full.
Product photography and technical drawings are indicative. Fabric batches vary slightly in shade, and printed placement carries a small tolerance. Artwork, brand assets and site content are the property of ForwardEP and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

- Where does ForwardEP ship from, and how long does it take?
- Every order is printed and dispatched from India. Metro cities usually receive orders in 3 to 5 working days, and the rest of India in 5 to 8 working days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is picked up.
- How does ForwardEP sizing work?

- What is the return and exchange policy?

- Will the print fade or crack?
- Apparel is printed with water-based inks that sit in the fabric rather than on top of it, so the print stays flexible. Wash cold and inside out and it will hold. Ceramic prints are fired into the glaze and are dishwasher safe.
- Are products made to order?
- Yes. ForwardEP produces on demand, which is why we can offer numbered limited runs without holding dead stock. It also means each order is cut and printed for you after you place it.
