ForwardEP is an Indian apparel label for people moving past the default. We draft our own blocks, publish what our fabric actually weighs, and make each piece after it is ordered.

The F is drawn as a forward-leaning section, and the accent is a single lime rule. We hold the website to the same rule: one accent, used where it means something, on a black page with room to breathe.
How we work
Four rules we hold ourselves to
01
Draft, don't copy
Every block is drafted from scratch and sewn as a sample before it is offered. Oversized pieces get their own block rather than being graded up from a regular fit, which is why the shoulder sits where it should instead of halfway down the arm.

Publish the specification
Fabric weight, knit, trims, print method and care are printed on every product page. If a garment is 240 GSM we say so, because that number is the difference between a tee that holds its shape and one that does not.

Produce on demand
Nothing is cut before it is ordered. That removes the warehouse of unsold stock that forces most labels into discounting, and it lets us run numbered drops that genuinely close rather than quietly reappear.

Design for movement
Drape, weight and shoulder placement are judged on a moving body. A silhouette that only works on a hanger does not ship, however well it photographs.
